In August 2015, CEJ parent leaders collaborated with the NYC Department of Education to design and lead two all-day training sessions for over 100 parents from community schools. Topics included: effective outreach techniques, conducting one-on-one meetings, creating an agenda, and running an effective meeting. The trainings were a great success and prepared parents to hit the ground running with building a strong parent base this school year. Click on the links below to view materials from the training.
